there is a nice warm light setting which give a nice orange glow, you have you standard light setting for everyday use but then you have a light setting similar to the normal one, but its less strain on the eyes and almost feels like a blue tint to it, this is the setting I use most as I am working from home (like many are) and it helps provide a nice comfortable light taking any strain off your eyes when it starts getting dark out (without having to but on the main light in the room).
